Working with the Head Chef and the kitchen team at Holiday Inn Telford-Ironbridge, you will cook and present seasonal and homemade dishes for hotel guests, ensuring the kitchen is well organised and prepared for service to the highest of standards, whilst ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are adhered to at all times.
You will be passionate about food and have a desire to progress your career, with on-going training and longer term development offered and encouraged by us. This is a permanent, 40 hour per week position, working 5 out of 7 days per week. A flexible approach to work is required, as this role involves a combination of early and late shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Experienced Commis Chef OR basic kitchen experience
- Level 2 Professional Cookery qualification (or equivalent)
- Ability to work in a high volume large kitchen with busy service
- Level 1 Essential Food Hygiene qualification (or equivalent)
