Registration & Reception
Our professional Reception Personnel offer that something extra for the delegates attending your event. As well as having excellent knowledge of the venue and the local area, they are extremely personable and friendly. Our personnel are experienced in all aspects of Reception duties from answering phones and working a switchboard, to data input and scanning delegate name badges. Our Personnel are representing your company during the event, and as such we will happily accommodate any corporate colours into our uniforms.
Hostess & Promotional Personnel
Add some sparkle to your event with our fun hostesses! They are a great way to greet your delegates on arrival, or send them off with a smile! The theme of the costumes and outfits can be tailored to your event, providing it is deemed acceptable by the venue management. Promotional staff with experience of sales and marketing are available to work on individual exhibition stands-helping your exhibitors to promote their business. Add some glitz to your awards evening with our Hostesses. They can hand out awards on stage or simply guide winners from their seats to the stage. We provide Hostesses with simple black dresses. Alternatively, you can provide our hostesses with your own uniforms featuring your logo and corporate colours.
Meet & Greet
Our professional team of meeter-greeters have unrivalled knowledge of the venue and the local area, enabling them to answer delegate enquiries with ease. Once all delegates have arrived, our team of meeter-greeters can assist with last minute tasks or can be available to book in any late arrivals and ensure they are escorted efficiently to the relevant conference suite. Our team are also on-hand to guide delegate groups to coffee and lunch stations and to hand out any farewell packs and gifts at the end of the day. The meeter-greeters become an extension of your own team-helping to ensure your event runs smoothly. Our Personnel are representing your company during the event, and as such we will happily accommodate any corporate colours into our uniforms.
Catering & Hospitality
Whether your event is a small VIP lunch or a gala dinner for over 2,000 guests, our personnel will deliver exceptional service. As well as waiters and waitresses Skilled in Silver Service, we can also supply experienced Chefs, Food and Beverage Managers, Bar Staff, Wine Waiters, and Promotional Staff. All staff are provided with the uniform and equipment they need in order to carry out a professional service, we can even tailor our uniforms to suit the specific needs of your event.
