To start…

Homemade celeriac and wild garlic soup, caramelised onion and blue cheese beignet (V)
Goat’s cheese and asparagus tart, toasted hazelnuts and sage foam (V)
Smoked haddock and leek potato cake, rarebit en croûte, topped with a poached egg
Pan fried breast of pigeon, spiced squash jam, chicory, blackberries and chestnut granola

To follow…

Pan fried rump of lamb, braised faggot, bacon mash, pea mint purée, red wine and rosemary jus
Maple glazed confit duck leg, fondant potato, hispi cabbage, carrot purée, clementine jus (GF)
Baked fillet of seabass, gremolata crust, spicy vegetables, orzo broth, herb oil
Wild mushroom and Madeira fricassée, parsley rosti, truffle oil, caramelised onion tuille (v) (GF)
