Charity Cash Adds Up

Our team at the Southwater Event Group has raised over £500 for a charity that brightens the lives of seriously and terminally ill children.

We've donated £562 to the Starlight Children's Foundation and pledged to support them as our chosen charity for the year.

The money has been raised in all kinds of ways including a sponsored run by group facilities manager, Dave Wycherley; a raffle for V Festival tickets; and a Christmas greetings initiative where staff donated money rather than sending Christmas cards to colleagues.

We're delighted to have raised money for such a great cause - the Starlight Children's Foundation grants once-in-a-lifetime wishes and provides entertainment for children in hospitals and hospices across the UK.

Southwater Event Group is made up of The International Centre, Telford, The Holiday Inn, Grays Hotel, and The International Hotel. We also have an in-house production company, StagecraftUK.
